Malcolm G.Feb 02, 2021We have now been here just over six months so I feel an updated review is in order. Our apartment looks out on the 'Fish Church' and downtown Stamford. In summer we have the sunrise out the MSTBR with the sunset over the church so 2nd BR and LVRM. Amenities here are amazing, management and maintenance are the best we have ever experienced in a lease situation and we absolutely love the location as we are situated in both the downtown and a neighborhood which is perfect for walking our almost 10 year old 'pup' Maxx. We are active so love the fact that we can walk to the grocery, downtown to lunch/dinner, the mall, and even the train on nice days. If I could change one thing, it would be parking. My elderly parents wish to visit from FL (Dad is handicapped) and there is no parking for guests or even potential tenants. BUT, this is the only negative thing and I'll tell you I can honestly without reservation of any kind, tell you I wouldn't chose another community in Stamford

Plus, fluffy pets all around. And we haven't seen a single bug in our apartment in our 14 months here - not even one spider.
